The story of Léopold Salvat, a retired general practitioner from Montmartre, is bored since he no longer works. An armed attack on a gas station near his home wakes him up.
Ronnie Scott’s opened in 1959 to provide a place where British Jazz musicians could jam. Eventually, American music musicians such as Johnny Griffin, Roland Kirk, Al Cohn, Stan Getz, Sony Stitt, Benny Golson, Donald Byrd, and Ben Webster played at the club making it the legendary Jazz club it is today. Today, the club still books the greatest Jazz acts in the world, but also plays host to such diverse musicians as the talented Nina Simone. This film features Nina Simone (vocals, piano) delivering an intense emotional performance at the legendary Ronnie Scott’s in Soho, London on November 17, 1985. Simone is an eclectic musician, who adds a soulful mystique to whatever material she interprets. This brilliant performance at Ronnie Scott’s is testament to this fact.

As Milla's broken mind made her vulnerable and susceptible to whatever ghosts may haunt her house, it becomes more and more difficult, to say what is alive and what is an echo. In the end Milla finds out, that the ghosts are a manifestation of her pain, that has built the home she lives in.

As a memorial to George Harrison on the first anniversary of his passing, The Concert for George was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 29 November 2002 . Organized by Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani, and arranged under the musical direction of Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne. A benefit for Harrison's Material World Charitable Foundation, the all-star concert took place on the day of the first anniversary of his death. Proceeds from the film also went to the Material World Charitable Foundation. The film was shot using discreet cameras from over twelve locations.

Singer Ed Kowalczyk said of them, "Both songs kind of have this urgency about them, where we almost missed our deadlines. You can feel the urgency and the energy of the session in the songs" Despite the fact that the band was on the verge of breaking up, guitarist Chad Taylor was pleased with the DVD. "When I saw the magic that was on camera, I was overcome by emotion. We had documented the energy and efforts of a 20-year career together." However, the long-standing tensions between lead singer Ed Kowalczyk and the other three band members were boiling over. "When the album artwork showed up with Chad, Patrick and I in black and white and Ed in color it shot pain through my veins."
