Features complete live sets from Central Illinois Metalfest (July 2006) and Gathering Of The Sick 6 (August 2006) as well as fan submitted and studio footage. Also exists as a 2.5 version which adds two additional live shows including the Central Illinois Metalfest 2007 set with a guest vocal performance from Devourment's original vocalist Wayne Knupp.
