The "breeder" is a psychopath with an unusual hobby: he keeps dogs and small children in kennels. On the short leash, he also has the fallen "catcher" - a guy with gambling debt who has to turn his conscience off when he goes hunting for his boss. But there's something wrong with that last catch. Unsurprisingly, Brasília, Contradições de uma Cidade Nova (Brasília, Contradictions of a New City, 1968) revealed Brasília to be utopic only for the wealthy, replicating the same social problems present in every Brazilian city.
