Overview
Madam Zhao Shuangshuang, gifted with the ability to see red strings connecting destined lovers, is Lin’an City’s top matchmaker, dedicated to helping others find love while dreaming of her own. She meets Cheng Yin, a man on a mission to disrupt matchmakers after a personal tragedy. Their opposing goals spark an ongoing rivalry, yet Cheng Yin begins to feel a connection to Zhao Shuangshuang. Some non-native characters had important roles: the restaurant/motel owner, the band manager, the nurse and the town's main RCMP officer.
