Overview
The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show is an Animated Comedy television series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation and aired in 1995 as a spin-off of the show Marsupilami. The show was Disney's attempt to create a more "Edgy" cartoon in the vein of The Ren & Stimpy Show, and Rocko's Modern Life.

Hunting Venus is a British television comedy-drama starring Martin Clunes and Neil Morrisey as former members of a 1980s pop group. The one-off drama was broadcast on ITV on 31 March 1999, and was produced by Buffalo Pictures for Yorkshire Television. The plot follows former pop-star turned con artist Simon Delancey is kidnapped by two fans of his eighties band the Venus Hunters, and blackmailed to re-form the band for one final show. Jools Holland appears as himself, and also wrote the song "Starburst", The Venus Hunters' biggest hit. A compilation album was released to accompany the drama featuring songs from the 1980s.

One day, his father kills himself, leaving behind large debts. Tomio Shiraishi is liable for his father's debts. He pays what he can with his savings account, but it is not enough. He is chased by moneylenders. Tomio loses everything. His job, fiancée and savings. He then becomes homeless. Tomio Shiraishi then decides to work for Daisuke Akamatsu, who runs Akamatsu Finance. Akamatsu Finance is the company that drove Tomio Shiraishi to become homeless. The company looks like a normal finance company, but it actually lends money with high interest. Tomio Shiraishi decides to do anything, including illegal acts, to make money.

SeaChange is a popular Australian television show that ran for 39 episodes from 1998 to 2000 on the ABC. It was created by Andrew Knight and Deborah Cox and starred Sigrid Thornton, David Wenham, William McInnes, John Howard, Tom Long and Kerry Armstrong. The director was Michael Carson. Filming was based at Barwon Heads, Victoria and St Leonards, Victoria, both locations being on the Bellarine Peninsula.
