It’s minus 30 degrees Celsius (minus 22 degrees F) and 20 y/o Conny walks around like a restless criminal with his hoodie up in a small forgotten village in northern Sweden. He's not welcome anywhere and the whole village seems to hate him. Yesterday he panicked and drove away from his girlfriend’s delivery of their baby - but now he has repented and wants to come back. When young, we might try witchcraft out of curiosity to make our wishes come true, even if it’s scary. For such curiosity, Joohee, who is unable to find hope in reality, pays the price, as well as her friends who she neglects.

During the student crisis of 1968, Ines, an 18-year-old homosexual, is prevented from attending law school by her family, who believe that this is not the right course for a woman. This awakens in Inês a feeling of injustice, which leads her to accept Julio's invitation to join the high school students' association. The next day, we find out that the student association has been closed since they found a copy of the clandestine newspaper "Avante!" on the premises. The rectory then decides to expel suspicious students, starting a revolt in the high school and an ideological confrontation between the couple of Inês and Adelaide.

The Banker's Daughters(en)

A criminal gang conspire to rob the home of a wealthy banker and his two daughters. To do so, they first lure the banker from his home, then have a trunk containing one of the gang delivered there, where it is taken into the daughters’ dressing-room. One daughter, at her mirror, sees the trunk begin to open, and, using her small cousin as a messenger, warns her sister of their danger. The younger daughter telephones the police, and only after some difficulty persuades them to come to their rescue. The police arrive after the robbers have broken into the house, but succeed in overpowering and capturing them.

Outside the Wire(en)

A female Australian soldier cut off from her team, lies trapped in a collapsed building behind enemy lines. With a broken leg and minimal supplies, she is on her own until the unlikely arrival of a frightened 10 year old boy wielding a rifle, who helps her maintain survival through their developing friendship.
